Position description |
i. Responsible for managing transactions of goods receipt and
goods deliver by system SAP ii. Assist to manage, maintain,
prevent, and organize stock in warehouse
iii. Assist to communicate and solves problems with teamwork
about stocks
iv. Assist to communicate with delivery team (Inside and
Outside) and sale team
v. Ability to communicate with account team and supply chain

Key
Responsibilities / Challenges of the position |
a.
Responsible
to check when stock received from transport and do goods receipt into system b.
Check
stocks actual with invoice, before open stock to delivery team c.
Do
delivery note for stock will deliver to provinces d.
Control
all documents which related to transactions of stock in and out e.
Random
checking stock on hand compare to stock in system SAP by weekly, if have lost
or over stock. f.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: ·
At least University
student; Experience: ·
1 years’ experience
administrative or sales admin receivable is a plus; Technical skills: ·
Good interpersonal and
negotiation skills; ·
Be calm and
professional in handling all issues; ·
Integrity, high
commitment and customer-oriented skill; ·
Be able communicate in
English and Khmer; ·
Understand how to use
systematical such as SAP system; ·
Be able to use Ms.
