Position description

This role is to support user, installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks and monitoring.

Type of contract

R    Full time permanent           £    Part time permanent

£    Fixed Tern Contract

Key Responsibilities / Challenges of the position


- Configure and install computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, Office, e-mail, Web report… etc.)

- Configure Wi-Fi, Unifi AP and resolve technical problems Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)

- Support Related to SAP and SD system

- Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system and CCTV System Monitoring

- Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including patches, security configurations

- Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, are working properly to provide high productivity

to team

- Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes

- Configuring printer and sharing printer

- Maintain network and cable                             

- Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, File Server, Email Server

- Facebook bot management.

- Other task assigned by SI manager.





·          At lease Year 3 student of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.


·         1 years’ experience in IT Support is a plus;

Technical skills:

·         Customer-service, organization, and problem-solving skills

·         Familiarity with field-specific hardware & software, such as network devices, switches, router, access point, client computer administration, network monitoring, configuration management software; ability to use related network analyzers software tools

·         Ability to work in team

·         Attention to details
