Key Responsibilities / Challenges of the position


-       Oversee all key channel sales under assigned territory.

-       On-job training and supervise the functional expertise subordinates.

-       Pricing management all key in charge sales channels and trade promotion implementation in line with trade and brand guideline.

-       Work on sales and distribution cost, and recommending for the best practice to create more margins for all product SKUs sales.

-       Ensuring to deliver result as per setting target and in line with trade and brand marketing.

-       Prepare on step ahead of work plan for sales distribution team to perform better benchmarking with competitors.

-       Lead team to implement and execute sales strategy in the Market.

-       Providing the activity report on weekly & monthly basis.

-       Cooperate with Marketing Team to build branding and marketing activity.







-       Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing, or relevant field;


-       3 years experiences supervise team with FMCG experiences

-       Experience in creating and designing the distribution model in FMCG Company;

-       Experience set up KPIs to each individual team.

Technical skills:

-       Good team player and advisory skills, motivation skills;

-       Willing to work hard, work individually and team;

-       Good in Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet email;

-       Good comment in English
