Kroursar Yoeung Association (KrY) is a
local non-governmental organization with no religious or political
ties and was established in 2002 with the
Ministry of Interior to promote health condition,
cognition and development of children, strengthen
childcare and parenting, improve and empower families
through different development programs.
We are seeking for qualified and dynamic
Cambodian national to fulfil the following position:

IT & Communication Officer (1 Position)

Duties
- Information and TechnologyAssist in computer,
internet, email, and network maintenance
o Work with Internet Provider to ensure the internet service provision
smoothly.
o Maintain and update all data
information of KrY
o Assist ECRC team and management
team for the related online work such as the
distance learning, online meetings, online conference…etc.
o Work with IT
professional/consultant to deal with some issues related to email and
other media communication within KrY.
o Participate in and support int the online
meetings and conferences under NOREC program.
o Create the professional email address
(Outlook) with Microsoft 365.
o Provide relevant IT and ITC
knowledge to solve some problems when there is a need.
- Communication and Visibility
o Work with web developer to fix and update
KrY’ website and if necessary, suggesting for a new website
creation
o Develop, manage, and maintain FB
page, Skype, Telegram for KrY
o Produce video materials for distance
learning and funding raising purpose.
o Produce, and update YouTube
Channel and Google Adsenc for the Crowd funding and other
fund-raising activities.
o Manage the link from YouTube
channel or Facebook Page to KrY’s website
o Assist in installation of the
Camara, Sound system, and other equipment for the video
conference work.
o Assist to ECRC team for FB
group creation and management.
o Graphic design of logos,
communication and marketing materials as well as the
pedagogical games for the pre-school education materials.
- Others
o Other required tasks can be requested to perform
when needed.
Requirements
- Cambodian national with bachelor degree of Information
technology (IT) or equivalent fields.
- 2 Year experience in the field of IT and social
medias
- Experience in designing and maintenance
website, email, Facebook pages, communication, and marketing
tools
- At least three years experiences in marketing and sales work
- Proficient in social media platforms and ITC
knowledge as the means of communication and marketing
tools (Blogs, FaceBook, Twitter, Linkedln, and other outlets)
- Excellent personal organizational skills and
flexibility within a dynamic work environment
- Deliverable some initial technical skills:
- Computer literacy (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social
media and other relevant communication and web
platforms, and use of Email and Internet
etc.
- Good ability to write report in English
