Position Overview: To facilitate the educational partnership between home, school, wider school community and Local Authority, by support, liaison and negotiation; and where conflict arises to act as a facilitator, coordinator in finding successful resolutions. The position holder performs key functions and areas of responsibilities to ensure that all families/parents, and students’ complaints, requests, and suggestions are addressed professionally and in timely manners.

The Parent Relations Manager reports directly to the Business Development Manager and works in relations with the School Director and Principals in the areas of parents’ complaints, requests and suggestions.

Duties

  • Plan, implement, executive, and evaluate the student retention plan and strategies to make sure that all parents’ complaints/ requests/ suggestions are addressed professionally, and in timely manner.
  • Make sure that all parents’ feedbacks are stored confidentially and appropriately.
  • Perform face-to-face or virtual conversations with parents to discuss their complaints/ concerns/ requests/ suggestions if requested.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager and management the breakdown or reports of the parents’ complaint/ concerns/ requests or suggestions database.
  • Serve as the school’s representative at external and internal functions or event as per requests.
  • Coordinate refreshment organization for the school’s community events.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with all families and parents.
  • Escort prospective parents with admission staff as an initial point of contact as per request.
  • Seek in solutions/ feedbacks from relevant staff personnel or department in response to complaints/ concerns/ requests or suggestions.
  • Perform relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Services, or related field.
  • Experiences in working with clients/ customers, preferably in education industry.
  • Strong communications, problem-solving, and proactiveness skills
  • Ability to work positively with other departments to ensure that all parents’ concerns/ complaints/ suggestions/feedbacks are addressed on a timely manner and professionally.
  • Ability to take initiative in coordinating and organizing activities and events.
  • Ability to accurately collect, organize and maintain data and information for reports.
  • Be fluent in English and Khmer, particularly in the areas of speaking, reading and writing
  • Must have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as during parent and/or community events

Position Overview: The position holder is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day student recruitment operations of the schools under SONIN Education. The Senior Admission Officer will be responsible for documentations, eligibility checks and Application Filing for enrolled students. In addition, the Senior Admissions Officer will be expected to contribute in driving the growth and vision of the SONIN Education.

Duties

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate student recruitment and retention plans within the Business Development Department.
  • She/he will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective the admission process, from the inquiry stage to admitted stage of an enrollment.
  • Manage and supervise Front Desk staff including Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Officer, and Client Accountant
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development Department to achieve the Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Participate in flexible processes to ensure that student admissions are effective and efficient.
  • Show initiative, good team work and take responsibility for processes and outcomes within team environment.
  • Make decisions about the eligibility of applications based on the submission of the required documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Communications, Sales etc.)
  • Experience in sales, preferably in admissions and enrolments for education industry.
  • Experiences in sales strategies, preferably in education industry.
  • Experience of having worked within customer-centric, service delivery sector, education sector experiences bonus
  • Experience of high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Experience in working with client relationship management software or systems
  • Fluent communicator in Khmer and English and high level written and oral skills

Position Overview: The position holder is responsible and accountable for collecting all payments from families or parents. He/she prepares plans for students’ payment alerts making sure that general payment alert notifications and payment following up are executed in a timely manner. He/she is also responsible for applying school promotions to both existing and new enrolment correctly.
