Job Introduction

To manage not only technical specification documents, designs, application configuration, customization or/and development, but also technically test upon requirements and specifications.

Duties

  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support);
  • Play a role as technical lead in mobile banking platform project implementation including testing;
  • Manage all configurations and developments in the mobile banking platform;
  • Design interfaces and Troubleshoot/debug to improve user experience and optimize performance;
  • Ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple configurations or developments in accordance with related project plans with team;
  • Assist Manager, IT Digital Channels in maintaining, optimizing, updating, and documenting all aspects of core configuration, development and third-party interface;
  • Work with simplification and data teams to enhance end user experience and client insights;
  • Ensure the new and legacy applications meet quality standards;
  • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols, and stay up-to-date with new technology trends;
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers for API integration;
  • User experience improvement and enhancement
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of UX/UI development and related interfaces through innovative and improved software development.
  • Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management Information System or Computer Science or related fields;
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in mobile app development (cross platform - Flutter, React Native) and native app development (iOS & Android);
  • Experience in developing mobile banking for user and loan origination system is a plus;
  • Knowledge in RFlutter framework, React Native Framework, Android, Swift/Objective C;
  • Knowledge in OOP design principles, Database development with MS SQL Server and Oracle;
  • High commitment and able to work under pressure;
  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
