Senior Account Manager


Location: Phnom Penh   |   Deadline: 28/Feb/2021    |   Salary: Negotiable


  • The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts independently while reporting to the Account Director. He/she is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account and strategic plans, and coordinating with different internal teams to meet client’s needs. He/she will develop and guide the team on the direction and implementation for brand plans, product campaigns and other smaller projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationship through excellent work ethics
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Understand clients’ needs and identify potential issues/opportunities moving forward
  • Support the Account Director and oversee the activities of the Account Executives
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery on time
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of different clients, businesses, offerings, competitors, and industries
  • Follow established processes and workflow, including writing briefs, arranging meetings and setting reasonable timelines


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communication or other related fields
  • 6+ years experience in account servicing, brand management or project management
  • Familiar with digital media buying processes and rollout of digital campaigns
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing medium to large account portfolios
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) & GDrive
  • Able to lead a small team
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer in both spoken and written
