Overview
- The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts independently while reporting to the Account Director. He/she is responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account and strategic plans, and coordinating with different internal teams to meet client’s needs. He/she will develop and guide the team on the direction and implementation for brand plans, product campaigns and other smaller projects.

Duties
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationship through excellent work ethics
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
- Understand clients’ needs and identify potential issues/opportunities moving forward
- Support the Account Director and oversee the activities of the Account Executives
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery on time
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of different clients, businesses, offerings, competitors, and industries
- Follow established processes and workflow, including writing briefs, arranging meetings and setting reasonable timelines
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communication or other related fields
- 6+ years experience in account servicing, brand management or project management
- Familiar with digital media buying processes and rollout of digital campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing medium to large account portfolios
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) & GDrive
- Able to lead a small team
- Proficiency in English and Khmer in both spoken and written
