Enhancing the psychosocial health of Human Rights Defenders (HRDs) and their supporting organizations is essential to protecting and strengthening those championing rights in Cambodia. DCA is working with 9 partners on advancing rights in Cambodia. The aim is to boost the availability of holistic wellbeing and psychotherapy in Cambodia whilst also addressing the issues of stress, burnout and their triggers for HRDs and the organizations who support them.

Given the needs outlined above, DCA Cambodia is recruiting a consultant with expertise in trauma-informed care, stress management and wellness activities. The specific results are:

1.       Complete a baseline study of psychosocial care needs for HRDs and relevant staff
