Duties
- About this position
o The Program Manager coordinates project programming and administration.
The Program Manager supervises six project managers and the office administrator, and reports to the
Director. The Program Manager takes care of the following
tasks:
§ Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates
annual activity plan
§ Ensures that donor targets and objectives are met
by each project
§ Participates in weekly management
team meeting
§ Participates in preparation of annual
activity plan budget
§ Serves as primary contact with
donors concerning the activity plan
§ Prepares donor narrative reports in English
§ Serves as primary contact with
government agencies
§ Networks with other
organizations working in the disability sector
§ Facilitates hiring process and induction of new
employees
§ Negotiates facilities lease
§ Other duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements
- Essential qualification required
o University degree
o Experience in project management
o Willing to learn Cambodian Sign
Language to work with deaf staff members
o Fluency in written and spoken
English
o Cooperates well with other staff
members
