WD is looking for a qualified and committed Integrated Child/Youth in DRR/CCA Project Facilitator (ICYDC-PF) directly bases in Svay Chrum District, Svay Rieng Province (APO-SVR) will work closely with Area Program Officer (APO) to properly plan, monitor, implement, and report all project activities on the ground (in his/ her assigned villages, commune/s and schools).

S/he will facilitate/coordinate all the project activities, especially capacity development support process to the children, youth, stakeholders, Commune Council (CC), Village Development Committee (VDC), CCDMs, VDMGs, SSC, Children council and school teachers. In addition, s/he will maintain and build good relationship with local authority and key relevant stakeholders, and promote active engagement of community, children and youth throughout the program/project implementation.

Requirements

  • Required experiences and qualifications:

o    At least associate degree of Education, Psychology or any other relevant fields,

o    At least two years of working experience with children, youth, public relation and/or community development, DRR/CCA, livelihood, and relevant fields.

o    Presentation

o    Communication

o    Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)

o    English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a value added for this position, BUT it’s not a must.

o    Willing to adapt and cope with change

o    Opened mind and willing to listen to and learn from others.
