Duties
- Oversee the whole human resource
functions for the company.
- Developing and administering human resources
plans, policies and procedures.
- Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling
HR and Admin department
- Manage and support recruitment of the
company and ensure all the vacancies posts are filled on time.

- Purchasing
o Responsible for the company’s supply
chain management, inventory control, shipping, logistics and distribution.
o Strong Negotiation Skills: Be able to negotiate
price, terms and conditions for all purchased products
o Manage all purchase agreements and contracts with local and oversea
vendors.
o Review historical sales trends, research demand
drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate
forecast results.
o Works with staff and suppliers to resolve
various issues and problems such as acquiring new items,
damaged products and handling returns.
o Perform price research to make sure
we get right and very efficiency purchasing prices.

Purposes:
Demand Planning Supervisor typically work in assisting in
utilizing forecasts and estimating demand for items in a
supply chain. Demand Planning Supervisor’ help company in various
ways, like setting more accurate inventory goals to avoid
over-forecasting product lines and prevent excess
inventory.
Duties
- Supervise demand planning team in demand
management activities in operations;
- Oversee daily activities of team and provide
guidance as needed;
- Assist in developing demand plan based on
business trends and demand patterns;
- Assist in analyzing related issues in a
timely and accurate manner;
- Schedule forecast review meetings with management on regular
basis;
- Maintain demand planning processes to improve
forecast accuracy;
- Work with team to plan,
coordinate and execute demand planning activities;
- Update forecasts for new products, seasonal
products, discounts, promotions;
- Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain
optimal inventory levels;
- A customer demand forecast which incorporates
current and accurate market information that

Requirements
- Years of experiences-at least 3 years in the related
field
- Language Required-good English, both writing and speaking
- Supply chain knowledge – a demand
planner with an in-depth understanding of the supply
chain and how its functions;
- Familiarity with statistics – a solid
understanding of applied math and the statistical
software programs used to create forecasts is vital;
- Analytical thinking – an ability to analyze and use
critical thinking skills
- Creative thinking – the ability to think
outside of the box and devise creative solutions to various
problems can be helpful;
- Presentation skills – work focuses on forecasting,
analyzing, and tracking;
- Interpersonal skills – able to work
independently and under pressure
