The Head of Operations and Members Development is responsible for
contributing to achieve program objectives, organizational
goals and mission. S/he will be overseeing the Operations
team and Member Development team. S/he will be responsible for the delivery of a
range of organizational development including operational services (finance and administration
management; human resources management and development) and ensuring the compliance of internal
CCC policies, donors requirements and Cambodian legal frameworks.
S/he will be ensuring the increase of CCC
members and their satisfactions and to support the
membership team to execute their roles and responsibilities.
S/he will be also responsible for strengthening provincial
NGO Networks signed MoU with CCC.

The Do No Harm Specialist (DNHS), who works
under direct supervision from the Capacity Development Manager, is responsible for facilitating and ensuring the implementation of the
project. The role of the DNHS is to
coordinate all activities of DNH project, raise
awareness of DNH, report on DNHC activities, represent
DNHC to other NGOs, and provide technical support to
DNHC trainers.
The DNHS will facilitate DNHC team
meeting for developing key intervention plan and ensure the quality project implementation to reach the project’s
goal “Civil Society Organizations in Cambodia are enabled to avoid
negative impacts in their development programs”.

The Legal Specialist is responsible for promoting
enabling environment for development actors, especially for civil
society organizations toward sustainable development in Cambodia.
S/he will work in partnership with all
stakeholders including NGOs who were selected to join the Technical
Working Groups and to join the annual government-CSO
consultation; development partners/UN country team, private sectors,
INGO-LNGO for policies dialogues at both national and sub-national
levels. S/he will be managing information related law-policies-plan-mechanisms
developed by RGC, DPs, UN; and preparing other materials to support
advocacy efforts, case management on regards to national
development plan-policy-legal/law-regulation-mechanisms.
