- We are looking for an optimistic and passionate “DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNING MANAGER”.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Owns the development of digital and cross channel media recommendations based on client media objectives and strategies with an emphasis on digital campaigns
- Ability to lead these client conversations independently with a senior media lead as an internal resource for posting and reporting to
- Take client direction and next steps and independently make updates and changes raising any areas of concern to senior business leads
- Owns the client competitive analysis
- Recommends channels, placements, targeting, KPI's, and budgets
- Innovates new ways to engage our target audience through digital media
- Develops buying and negotiating strategies for maximizing media dollars
- Creates media plan rationale and details for execution (specs)
Qualification
- Minimum 3-5+ years of digital media planning/buying experience (bare minimum of 3 years)
- BA degree AND equivalent work experience
- Good communications (ex: writing and presentation skills)
- Strong negotiating skills and detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team that is not
- always on site; in ludes partnering with other geographies
- Experience with online research tools (a plus)
- Proficiency in English and Khmer in both spoken and written
