Reports to: HR Manager
Purpose
Be responsible for executing the employee
compensation and benefit with the objectives of building
attractive remuneration package to attract, retain the talent.
Duties
- Compensation & payroll
o Complete monthly payroll for employeesMake
monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
o Complete the final
compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
o Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure
timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month by
30th.
o Assist HR Manager in
participating in salary and benefit survey.
o Evaluate jobs for developing
compensation and benefits program.
o Submit monthly report (manpower) Head of Admins,
Compensation & Benefit or other reports related to
manpower whenever required.
- Benefits
o Complete social, health and unemployment
insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance
benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
o Contact social, health offices and labor
authorities on providing labor book, social insurance book and health
care card for employees as per local law.
o Make the report to Social
Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
o Complete the transferring procedure
Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
o Synthesizing insurance reports from all
stores in a general report to analyze the fluctuation of employees.
o Follow the sickness leave, maternity
leave...to do the payment procedure of social allowance.
- PIT
o Complete monthly personal income tax
declaration for employees and report to Tax
Department.
o Compile annual personal income tax
finalization for employees and report to Tax
Department.
o Contact Tax authorities on new
issues of personal income tax and inform to employees
promptly.
- Employee termination
o Receiving the employees’
termination from departments.
o Announcing to the employees and implementing all necessary
documents and actions to pay employees’ remaining benefits.
o Solving employees’ complains or queries.
- Others
o Follow up and record the new
hires’ compensation structure.
o Assist to make annual salary survey.
o Update and record the job evaluation for all jobs in company.
o Register for the changes in staffs to the
Service Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs
o Assist all activities related to
HR or company events or any requests from Head of Admins,
Compensation & Benefits.
o Responsible for administering the personal
filing system and update on HR software monthly.
o Other duties as assigned by
Head of Admins, Compensation & Benefits.

Job Purpose
handle all legal tasks of legal
department and ensure that business activities of De
Heus in accordance with the applicable laws and minimize
risks.
Working Location : Street: 51, Oudong District, Kampong Speu
Province, Cambodia.
Duties
- General
o Consulting and monitoring all legal
matters of De Heus and affiliates of De
Heus in Cambodia
- Main works
o Providing the legal supports to all
affiliates of De Heus in Cambodia.
o Providing legal advices to relevant
departments.
o Preparing and reviewing all legal
documents, contracts required by BOD and/or relevant departments.
o Preparing applications, dossiers to seek
necessary licences, certificates, permits for business activities of
De Heus and its affiliates (excluding specific licenses which are managed
by functional departments).
o Presenting for De Heus and/or its
affiliates to initiate or participate in disputes,
claims and legal proceedings.
o Updating the new regulations which
can impact to De Heus Cambodia and affiliates of De
Heus in Cambodia.

Requirements
- Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Law,
Lawyer Certificate is an advantage
- Experience
o Minimum 2 - 3 years working
experience in legal, preferred working in foreign
manufacturing companies
- Competencies
o Good communication and negotiation skills and
ability to work independently
- Language(s)
o English Language with good speaking and
listening
