This position is full time position and based at our factory in Sihanoukville
S/he have to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities and directly report to the Factory Manager. Also, S/he is responsible to establish the financial status and implement the system for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting information. S/he have to work closely with our financial management team in Hong-Kong.
Duties
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the company;
- Provide recommendations regarding financial, taxation and audit matters to Factory Manager;
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
- Assist projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy;
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records all the document in a safe place;
- Manage the daily operation of the accounting development;
- Coordinate and complete annual audits if need (customers and government agencies);
- Work closely with our tax and accounting agency in order to proceed to monthly and annual tax declaration;
